My husband and I came in yesterday afternoon to see about upgrading our phones. We were greeted by Bree and told to look around and as soon as someone was available they would help. We looked around a few minutes and then Doug was able to help us. He walked us through everything, told us things we needed or didn't need. We were there probably close to 2 hours and the whole experience was enjoyable. Doug was very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns about what we wanted and didn't want. We loved that he isn't the typical "salesman". He's not trying to persuade you into buying things you don't need, or have you buy the newest and most expensive phone, like other places. We felt super comfortable with him and will definitely come back if we have any issues or questions or need to upgrade. Bree helped us for part of the time as well and was great! She made sure our phones were working properly before we left, and kept reassuring us that we could stay as long as we needed to get comfortable with our new phones or if we had questions. When asked why I was charged for family plan instead of a single line plan they said it was my fault and that I should have noticed earlier. Goodbye extra $60/month. Also was told phone would work overseas in pakistan if I paid the extra for the overseas plan. It did not work, and I was still billed for that plus a bunch of roaming charges. Really great in a country that will not sell foreigners sim cards. Overbilled other times before too with nothing but a sorry we see the problem but there is nothing we can do. This last time they offered me a free month on a prepaid phone for inconvenience, and then proceeded to activate it on another sim from our current, doing absolutely nothing for us, wouldn't remedy this either. I was AT&T Customer for over 10 years and have now happily switched to Google's Project FI and am saving over $100 monthly with better reception and speed. Don't get screwed by...
Read moreThe place is clean and nice, you just have to roll the dice on if you actually get a knowledgable sales rep. I heard "I dont know, I can google it for you" regarding at@t promotions and phone specs for a new flagship samsung device more times than I should have. I also was being given incorrect pricing on plans due to the rep forgetting a bogo offer. I think he was just annoyed and not interested in helping due to me coming in the evening before my planned purchase and he made it clear he had the following day off and wasnt going to be there to get my sale. Very unfortunate all around, but my experience shouldnt be negative due his work schedule. I hope your sales and overall life gets better.
