Edit: I made an appointment and was on time, someone should have been ready to take me who can do the services I wanted. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes for my tech to finish with someone else when I make an appointment. I was greeted and said I have an appointment and was just asked what do you want? No one asked me my name (clearly appointments are not written down), no one knew what I was there for or that I was coming and no one was ready. I never got angry or loud or said anything rude to anyone. I patiently waited. I made the appointment so I would have undivided time and attention; when it was clear I was going to be rushed, I decided I didn’t want to waste my money or anymore of my time and walked out quietly. Original review: Don’t bother to make an appointment because you’ll have to wait anyway while they take other clients right in front of you. I get I might have to wait for a certain person with a certain skill set, but the person who was going to do my full set acrylics sat a walk-in down for a pedicure before me. I sat waiting for a half hour-super annoying since I supposedly made an appointment on Facebook. He just showed me a book of nail polish colors and I showed him a picture of dip nails I wanted and he just said okay but you have to pick a color because if we don’t have the color we can’t do it, and then he walked away to take someone at the register. At that point I walked out because my appointment meant nothing, he was clearly going to work on multiple people at a time, and he wasn’t going to do anything close to what I wanted so I didn’t waste my money. You shouldn’t waste your time or money...
Read moreI got a French Pedicure, it was a new Nail Tech. She was rushing. One coat of polish on the white French. They speak their language about customers. Then laugh! I questioned her about the French Tip. Cindy comes over being a smart Alec. I had already been there about 30 minutes or more, then she put others before us. 3 people came in after us. She got them in and out. The older lady was still waiting and she was there before me. She came for a fill in. I will not be returning!!!!!!! This was the 1st bad experience I had with Cindy Nails
@ Cindy, nobody said nothing about your smarts. I’m not a critic!!! You should look out for your supportive customers. She sat an hour while you polished nails and toes of walk ins that came after us. They didn’t have appointments! I was disappointed at the fact that you all talk your language and it be about paying customers. I’ve never had issues there before, but don’t try and tell me what I should get in front of customers. I pay for what I want. Keep...
Read moreTerrible experience. Was a repeat customer will NOT be back. What was supposed to be a self care day turned into a stressful bad experience that I left without him finishing my nails! From time I walked in he kept changing prices and upping what I needed to have done. The final straw for me was going in with my original nail shape and him telling me if I wanted my nails BACK to what I came in with it’s $5 extra. Anna is a gem employee, outside of that, no. Edit: I absolutely was not rude. That doesn’t even make sense. Why would I be? I was a repeat customer until this day. I sat down with my ear buds on as a matter of fact. It was his price gouging, up changing, that made me finally speak up !! Did your camera's record that?? Review the actual conversation and stop trying to take advantage of people. ...
