I went to Felicia for microblading. Well I wish I could take that day back. She ruined my eyebrows, literally. My eyebrows were not symmetrical, they were too large, they were not centered on my face properly and the hair strokes were in different directions. And it wasn't just me that felt this way about them, professionals in the industry, family and friends both agreed Felicia shouldn't have let me leave her office looking the way I did. Immediately following the appt I contacted Felicia about my concerns but she brushed me off, she offered no help but just too wait 4 weeks for my next appt. There was no way these hideous things were going to stay on my face for 4 weeks so I had to have them removed immediately. Please if you are interested in having microblading done do NOT go to Felicia. Please go to someone that has more experience and cares about their paying clients. I just hope that Felicia gets more practice before any other people have to go through what I did. Also, FYI....she will block you on social media so you cannot leave bad reviews for her. So the only reviews you are seeing are the ones that she wants...

I scheduled a lash lift and tint with Felicia last Saturday 07/21. She talked me through each step which was helpful. Unfortunately, I was not happy with my end result. My lashes did not look any different from when I put mascara on. I reached out to Felicia, she told me to wait a few days to let my lashes set. Two days later my lashes started to fall. I’m guessing my lashes did not take to the products used. I reached back out to Felicia and all I got was “ sorry, you signed a waiver”. I wasn’t looking for a refund, I looking for another solution. Very frustrating and unfortunate on how the situation...
