815 Pizza — Restaurant in Roscoe Township

We've been looking for a replacement for Pietro's and may have found a contender here! The pizza was delicious. The crust is a bit thinner than what we'd like but the flavor and texture was great. Light and airy, held it's shape and didn't flop when you picked it up. The sauce is a wonderful tomato base; slightly sweet, not overly acidic like some. The cheese was of good quality and flavor and seemed freshed. We paid about $15 for a large (14") pizza, which is the standard rate anymore it seems. All in all, we will definitely be back and try more options next time.

Amazing pizza! I experimented with the first pizza and ordered the large Supreme but with vodka sauce instead of regular pizza sauce. And three picky pizza lovers were completely filled up by this pie with a couple of slices to spare. We instantly fell in love with this place. Going to try one with the regular pizza sauce later in the week and can't wait to try the Hawaiian pizza! We noticed high quality ingredients that they definitely do not skimp on ,an absolutely delicious and unique crust, and the employees are a pleasure, also! I’ve tried just about every pizza joint around the surrounding Rockford area, there’s a lot of good pizza in there the area but NO ONE touches this new gem!!!! 815 pizza is the perfect name because this is by far the best pizza in the 815!!!!

The cheesiness is indescribable, you literally have to try it in person to understand. Fresh ingredients with flavor and the crust is perfectly CRISP!!!! Absolutely amazing!!! This is our family’s new pizza night spot...
