UPDATE: exactly one year after the original review this worm has slithered her way up to Pharmacy Manager and that’s only because no one else wanted the job! Last night I had the misfortune of winding up with this tiny venomous human at the Walgreen’s on Hononegah AGAIN! It’s bad enough that this pharmacy has been a hot mess with getting people’s prescriptions correct (just read the reviews over the last 3 years) but if you catch this vile creature she will intentionally speak to you like you’re an imbecile and make ZERO effort to get things right. If there is a way to make a bad situation worse SHE WILL FIND IT. You can yell “Die Boomer Die” at me all day long but if I worked at a pharmacy at her age (any age for that matter) and talked to people the way this soulless harbinger of hate does I’d of gotten my teeth slapped out of my head and fired on the spot. And people wonder why there is a literal epidemic of people asking for help and getting turned away then going nuts and doing really stupid awful things in this area. This entitled child will push even the kindest of person to lose their mind because if she’s not being passive aggressive she’s being a bully. And now that she’s MANAGER she thinks she’s untouchable. She has the absolute worst communication skills and laughs in your face when she frustrates you. I have moved all my medications after decades with Walgreen’s because of this egomaniac. And it’s sad because most of the tech’s under her are so nice I want to go through the drive through just to tell them they were great and I’ll miss them. So don’t ever feel bad if this cow makes you want to scream and cuss until you’re way out of character for yourself because she’s a professional when it comes to provoking people. Just take your business elsewhere like I have, report to corporate like I have and my doctor has because the way she flexes her “authority” and truly HARMS people is NOT OK! ————————————- All the pharmacists and techs are rude, they lie and the store manager is no help at all. Even my doctor is so fed up with them that they are calling corporate and filing a lawsuit. If you want your medications on time with people being rude, lying to you and hanging up on you go somewhere else’s. These jerks don’t give one hot damn about your health. They have mismanaged my meds for months. It’s always a problem, no one there cares or will take responsibility. They do not deserve anyone’s business. ESPECIALLY when it comes to your healthcare! And this little nasty tech is especially dangerous because she will literally lie to your face and try to dismiss you from standing up...

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. Honestly if I had the time I would take this higher up. My mother has very serious mental illnesses and needs her medication with no problems. This pharmacy must not screen who they hire very well, because I picked up my mother's pills to find the bag with the label was correct, but the medication in the bag was not. Something as serious as medication that dramatically effects my mother's mental health just so carelessly packaged where she did not receive what she needed. It's literally the difference between her being admitted to a mental facility for who knows how long or being able to function safely in her home. I spoke with the pharmacist that day and she was very condensing pretty much telling me "oops sorry" I had to then drive back to the pharmacy, wait another 40 minutes in line because all staff runs around looking for medication that isn't even organized. There are literally medication bags EVERYWHERE ripped up and thrown on a shelf in no alphabetical order. This place needs to be shut down or fire everyone on staff and rehire people that actually have a brain in their heads and want to perform their job correctly. I hope someone from corporate sees this and does some digging on what's actually going on in their pharmacy. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE...

I fully anticipate that the text message you sent to me this evening was a mistake regarding the two paper prescriptions that I handed you, in person today, and told you they weren't urgently necessary while you were taking your lunch break, and that it was acceptable, as long as I got them this weekend, while you assured me they were both in stock and would be available this afternoon, and now, what plausible reason can you give me why I have to wait until Monday? - Signed, Regular and soon-to-be-former-customer with doctors, vaccination records, prescriptions and insurance on file.

Update; Yesterday, I went in the store to pick up my prescriptions, which weren't ready because the pharmacist questioned their validity. I asked if he was questioning my doctor's license status and he said "no", so now he is accusing me of forging them. Call my doctor tomorrow and they'll be verified, along with his license number. Do you have a license, and when was the last time someone checked? I'll be doing so with my attorney, tomorrow, as I talk with him about slander and medical...
