Sunrise Shop & Save — Local services in Roseburg

I'd have given this store a 5-star rating every day up until today. I spend $100's here, am always polite, don't ask for special favors, and am a courteous shopper (meaning I don't trash aisles as I go, etc).

I was having a breakable item held up front, and when I paid for 20+ other items, didn't realize I had neglected to collect that one until I got home, 20 min later. I immediately called, to be informed it had been sold to another customer. I get my part in this. But I'm a very familiar face, and have been a loyal customer for years.

Shouldn't be surprising that an hour grace period was too much to hope for, I mean come on....disappointing at best. Might as well be...
