L’ Ambiance — Restaurant in Roselle

Of all my years eating Haitian spaghetti I've never seen it look like this. It even taste worse than it looks. I am a mother of a newborn. It is not easy to care for a newborn and cook all the time. So my husband made a sweet gesture, he purchased food from this restaurant for me. If I would have known that this is what I was getting, I would have made it myself. Being haitian myself, I know what the spaghetti it's supposed to taste and look like and this is not it. And someone please tell me why is there mayonnaise in my order. And no he did not ask for mayonnaise. SMH I wish I could give negative stars because that is what this plate deserves. I usually don't post reviews let alone negative reviews, but this was worth posting. This is very disappointing because I've been to their restaurant many years ago but it was at another location and the spaghetti was a great. I still tried to eat it because it was paid for and it left a nasty taste in my mouth. You guys need to do better and this is a shame. To their credit they did try with the presentation. But it doesn't mean anything when the food is horrible.

They gave me someone else’s food on accident. I went back to give them the wrong food order they gave me and I asked for my food since they gave me the wrong order. After that they started talking crap about me in their own language, they thought I wouldn’t understand but I knew every word they said about me. I ordered through Uber eat this restaurant charged me $7 for a passion fruit drink that came in a tiny cup that was not sealed. And they did not staple my bag with my foods in them. I won’t be ordering from here again. I am very disappointed in this place the pate kode taste so horrible there was no taste to it and it was not cooked properly.
