She don’t mind helping people if she’s if she at the back or on her lunch break she will stop doing what she doing to try to help people out at Easy Pawn shop. Also, she is a sweetheart lady she will help you if she Tacata ask for Moe if she can or if she can’t find it I really really love her. I have been coming to this pawn shop for the longest they have a new employee there name Armando sometimes it seems like he has an attitude and it's not appreciated I've bought numerous merchandise there it makes a person not want to come back somebody needs to talk to him about his customer service hopefully this is to the right person. BUYER BEWARE! Came in last night, bought a power washer that did not work. Pump was out. No less than 5 holes in the hose line. RETURNED LESS THAN 18 hours later and wouldn’t return my $$$!!! Manager Juan lied and said he wasn’t there the night before when they said the item was good. I reminded him of the items I brought to value check and he remembered all the sudden. “But he wasn’t in there last night??” He said Gave me store credit.
