I ordered from them last night... I couldn't get delivery because I was one penny short,.. Smgdh... so my daughter goes to pick up the order brought it home wrong Pizza... I called a excuse my French black guy whom I think was the manager had refused to bring my pizza.., I told them that it was their mistake that they needed to bring me my piece and they can come back and get the one that they made wrong.... so he said he wasn't going to do it so I asked him for the corporate office number he said you can go online and get it okay strike one then I asked what was the girl's name that took my order he hung up in my face strike two... Read moreLast night my order was made incorrectly. Wings were dry with absolutely no sauce. Pizza was cold. Delivery driver did not provide me a receipt and he forgot my 2 liter. I called and spoke with management (Myeisha) who tells me she can remake my order. Great. But it's late and I would rather not wait another 45 minutes. She says she cannot refund me as Pizza Huts policy is no refunds. The only thing she can do is give me a $30 credit. Also, I am only able to use this credit at the same location. Which should be the ultimate goal of a highly rated business such as yourselves. This advice is based off my most recent experience with pizza hut. I have submitted a ticket, and am awaiting a response. I enjoy pizza hut as it is was a distinct nostalgic part of my childhood. Unfortunately too often when I choose to give the hut another opportunity, hoping to get that great quality I remember as a child they fall short. My most recent order was delivered 30 minutes past the estimated time, but was ready an hour prior to me receiving it.
