This location is terrible, even by Jack in the Box standards. You know if you choose this fast food option, you’re likely to get rude employees, slow service, and food that looks and tastes NOTHING like it should. Well, today’s visit didn’t disappoint. Sometimes I forget how bad Jack in the Box can be. Of all the fast food burger joints, it’s by far the most inconsistent. McDonalds, it is not. But, sometimes you forget that and you stop by anyway. At the drive though, I was greeted by someone saying only “Jack in the Box!” Ok, 9 times out of 10 “how can I help you?” soon follows, but not this time. I ordered the Bacon Double Buttery Jack combo and two tacos. After a ridiculously long wait, which can’t be blamed on this particular location as all Jack in the Boxes have the longest wait time of any fast food joints despite having a fraction of the customer volume as the other guys, this ex-con looking guy hands me my unsweet tea, which tasted awful and had the distinct taste of stale tea and unsanitary conditions. Then, after my next birthday came and went, again despite me being the only car in the drive though and zero customers inside the place, I was handed my bag of food. Remember how I ordered two tacos? The felon didn’t ask me if I wanted any taco sauce, which is mandatory with these tacos, and none was in the bag. No ketchup or napkins in the bag either. What was in the bag? A smashed together, tiny burger with two microscopic pieces of bacon and waaay to much of everything else. It tasted terrible. The lazy employee filled the large fries container half full with cold, stale, over cooked and over salted fries. Without tax, it was $11.87. Highway robbery. I agree with the multitude of other comments here. This location should be shut down. It gives the already bottom of the fast food barrel Jack on the...
Read moreYesterday I was fortunate to be assisted by a woman I'm not sure if she is the manager or supervisor or maybe the owner all I know is that she was extremely polite, patient and professional. Usually there is a black male employee who is so dang rude and sassy for no reason (once he even got loud with my elderly mother who didn't have a smaller bill than a 100 I ended up using my card) he has gotten away with charging me extra for food that I never got while telling me it was in the bag. For instance last month during the morning I ordered the largest size popcorn chicken, he informed me that they didn't have the large size box for the popcorn chicken but that everything was in the bag. I'm thinking oh he probably meant it's in a couple of small boxes. I took his word left and when I got home I saw that I paid for the largest size but was given the smallest size 🤦🏽♀️ I figured maybe he needed the money. But thankfully yesterday morning I was serviced by a professional woman who took over for him and helped me because he was so moody and was taking out his anger on the food. One drink he served me didn't have any ice and then he was in the process of handing me another drink covered in soda on the outside but the lady took it from his hand as he was trying to give it to me and wiped it off with a paper towel. She even spoke to me lk a human being and not upset that I had the audacity to order lk the other guy. 🤦🏽♀️ I'm not sure what title the woman has but she was great. I hope the next time I come that she'll be there. The other employee really needs to take anger management or find another job,...
Read moreThe only reason this JITB gets 5 stars is because the evening shift stays on point and Angie. Mostly because of Angie, though. I went in today, and why did an employee look right at me as I was standing by the register.
Didn’t ask if I was ready or if I’ve been helped. Just didn’t care. Lol. Okay. Cool. Then the manager does the exact same thing. Hmmm wow. I’m not hungry at all.
Then Angie comes by (like always) and asks if I’ve been helped. No I have not. She stops her cleaning tasks. And assists me and does it for 3 other people! Because the same thing that happened to me, happened to them. No acknowledgement from the rest of the staff.
And I’m trying to figure out how JITB has a full staff and Angie is the one that’s mopping, refilling the drink bar, checking on people’s orders (and getting yelled at for it, that was really messed up by the way because I had been there for 15 minutes for 8 tacos and cheesy curly fries).
If it wasn’t for Angie I more than likely would’ve asked for my money back. And gone to Dairy Queen. Clean up the...
