I had a horrible experience attempting to rent a king chair... Spoke to the owner the day before I ordered she instructed me to put my address into the system and delivery fee will prompt.. The next day I put my address placed the order for the chair.. It did not prompt a fee for delivery I paid would it required to pay to secure rental of the chair. However I received a call from the owner really agitated, aggressive, extremely argumentative stating that the delivery fee will be $150. I absolutely love their customer service and quality products. My 1st encounter was renting a chair which was easy and quick. The delivery and pickup was on time. At pickup we connected and talked for over an hour. By far the best conversation I've had in a while. Mr. & Mrs. Ramirez are very knowledgeable about business and operations. Very very GREAT customer service. I had a baby shower in decided the same day that I wanted to rent out the throne chair called ram furniture in they literally saved the day. Delivered the chair right on time and even came to pick it up on time. I will love to shop with them again...
