This place is terrible, don’t go and save your money as to where the husband and wife seem nice they will cheat you, whoever thought when you get a normal pedicure and the guy just do the normal would charge extra 5 dollars for pulling a part of the nail from your toe. When I questioned his wife about she stated it was extra. And that the pedicure was 25 & up. But and up is not on the price list. They are terrible then on top of that the wife half did my nails. I dare to leave them a tip because in my honesty I believe they took their tip by charging extra. On top of that she failed to give me the eyebrow arch , and I’m glad she did. Don’t be fooled by their pretending to be nice, just want your money but they half do the work. Well I will not be returning so unfortunate because eventually I would have given them a nice tip if only they rendered consistent service. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place at all cost. Do not go to this place the lady owner do not care she over charge and the last time I went there April 3 2024 she intentionally cut into my nail that it became infected, days Later I asked for a refund because of that she stated no it happens to a lot of my customers but it goes away she’s using equipment that’s not sanitized be very careful just because you haven’t been affected it doesn’t mean you won’t be. Go elsewhere where you’re being valued as a paying customer. They never take responsibility for their actions very sad to run a business and not wanting to take accountability but she will because I’m reporting her to TDLR . The place was a total mess! The woman who was doing my nails seemed like she was in a hurry and cut me twice. She almost forgot that I asked her for a polish change on my toes too. As she was painting my toes another woman came in and was talking with the woman doing my toes and I guess they were friends. After I was done getting them painted, I realize that she was actually waiting on her. As I was letting my toes dry it just felt like she was in a hurry to get me out. As I was sitting in my car afterwards, I watched her walk with her friend to one of the shops next-door. So now I’m thinking she was just in a hurry because she wanted to go shopping and I’m a little upset that I tipped her more than she probably deserved. As I reached my destination after leaving the nail salon, I realized that my toe nail polish is messed up because she did them so sloppy and I don’t have time to go back and get them fixed because I’ll be leaving out of town. DO NOT GO HERE! It will be a waste of money! They don’t even have colored powder options to look at on the ring of nails like they normally do everywhere else and when I asked what number was on the container when I considered coming back to refill my nails, they didn’t even have that. They just didn’t have any labels at all. All of their powders were on a table as if someone had left all their make up there after getting ready. It has been years since I had a pedicure, so decided to stop in, this place had great ratings so I thought why not. This was my first time flying solo at a nail shop, being a man it is never something we think about but the lady made me feel very comfortable as she went to work on my feet. She did a great job and told me to come back and she would make my feet beautiful over time. I will make this a monthly event. Totally satisfied with the great service and my feet feel good and they look much better....
