Food Truck Cinema — Local services in Roseville

I was very disappointed not with the event itself that I attended, but with the customer service. A large group of my friends and I attended an event this summer. Some of us drove from the bay to hang out. The event was ultimately canceled and rescheduled to a weekend that we were not able to go to. Some of us were issued a refund after calling several times, but for the majority our calls and emails were never returned. I literally called all numbers posted on the website and left messages. When someone answered, they took my information and said that a supervisor would get back to me. This never happened. I emailed each of he contact emails posted on their website, also to no avail. We would have happily attended another event on a weekend that we were able to, but the Food Truck Cinema Staff never got back to us. Therefore our group has decided that we would rather not spend our valuable time at a FTC event when there are so many other things to do in the area. If they ever get their house in order, we may give them another try. Until then, just go to the movies or enjoy the thousand other things that living in the great state of California allows us to do. Super fun evening! We brought since chairs and a blanket, which was perfect. They have designated area for take chairs on the sides, but not too far to the side.
