Called in a order for wings and shrimp . I was told it would be ready within 15mins . I get there 25 mins later , pay for my food . Then stood waiting because my food should have been ready. Time goes by , I ask the cashier how much longer for my order. She replies with the nastiest attitude,” I’m not the cook so I wouldn’t know “. I then asked her if she would be so kind and asked the cook. As I was pressed for time . The cook reply to me I can give you this raw shrimp on your platter if you’d like . I instantly demanded a refund . I will not spend my money not eat food with this kind of behavior. A lot of reviews state fish making them sick , I wonder if they asked about time and the cook served it raw like he threatened to serve me . All the reviews about the disrespect, and not up to par food are correct. I gladly went down the street . They were very nice and had a lunch special ! The employee repeated the order back, specifying that the chicken will be cooked soft? My wife corrected the employee, reiterating the "medium " request. The employee flips out and bursts into a disrespectful tirade about how in order for the chicken to be prepared medium, the cook has to be told to prepare it soft?! Firstly, I as a customer don't care about the inner employee to cook dynamics. Secondly, I do deeply care about how you speak to my wife. Who is a potential customer just making an order. I asked for my money back and the manager told me I'm not giving you money out my register I told him there's no food in here that I want to eat. He began to yell at me and I'm not the type of person that yells at everyone else because I treat people how I want to be treated so he proceeded to tell me I can go back to the city and spend my money not knowing that I was from Indiana born and raised and so by the end of the conversation I told him to calm down because I'm not yelling at you all I want is my money back you will never see me again and I have not been there since then.
