KFC — Restaurant in Ross Township

Poor management. I was there yesturday evening, I ordered a meal for one. . I ordered in the Drive thru, I was only a block away when I decided to eat my potato wedges and realized how hard they were. I went back to restaurant and I had to wait over 5 mins cause they didn't have any prepared. People was waiting over 15 minutes for complete orders. The manager was asking a customer if she could substitute a side order cause they didn't have any biscuit ready. Another customer was inform that the chicken would not be ready for 18 minutes. I witness another customer that walked in saying he didn't get all his food he ordered in the Drive thru. I blame it on poor management. I might not go there in the evening . I hope they improve. This was a Friday evening. How can you not have chicken on time? All the employees were moving very slow. I blame the manager in charge. RIDICULOUS! MY HUSBAND WENT TO GET A $20 FILL UP AT KFC WE WANTED CRUNCHY AND THEY ONLY HAD 1 PIECE AND HE WAS TOLD THEY HAD TO GIVE HIM ORIGINAL BC THEY HAD TO DROP MORE CRUNCHY! HE ASKED WHY WOULDN’T. YOU DROP SOME BEFORE IT GETS DOWN TO ONE! THE MANAGER STATED THAT THEY HAD TO SELL EVERYTHING ( ORIGINAL) ELSE BEFORE THEY DROP ANY OTHER CHICKEN WHICH IS A LIE!! HOW YOU GONNA JUST GIVE ME SOMETHING I DON’T WANT AND BC YALL WERE TO LAZY TO COOK ANYTHING!!! THIS IS AT 5:30pm on 9th in Broadway on 8/5/23!! ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE TO OUT RIGHT LIE TO A CUSTOMER AS WELL AS WELL AS NOT BEING PREPARED!!! ALSO TOOK HIS MONEY OFF HIS CARD KNOWING WHAT HE ORDERED! I usually never have a bad experience but tonight was the night that IT WAS VERY TERRIBLE! I ordered 3 different combo meals...I then returned home to TRY and enjoy the meal. Got home to only realize that 2 out of the three of my meals was in the bag. I called this establishment and told one of the 2 managers that was working that one of my meals was missing. I don’t know her name but she politely told me to return and pick up my order. I then returned and the very very RUDE manage by the name of DeShanay told me that she packed my order and it was correct which was a bold face lie. She was very very very rude and disrespectful. I asked her was she the “‘manager” that I previously spoke with she told me no and demanded me to go back home get my order and bring it back very rudely!
