Their website says bowling open-close on Saturdays. I brought my 2yr old daughter a half hour after they opened only to be turned away due to a league. There were lanes that weren’t being used. My daughter is now in tears in the car on our way home, was (going to be) her first time bowling. They said lanes open at noon but that’s when she eats lunch, followed by a nap - hence why we went early.
I showed the guy at the desk the screenshot attached here and asked for clarification that the website was completely wrong. He said it wasn’t wrong - “We have open bowling from noon to close.” I said “Well that’s not open to close, because you’re open right now.” He then agreed “Yeah, I guess that’s not clear. He should update that, sorry.”
I’m not sure why businesses think they can put whatever they want on their website and then not honor it when you show up. Unprofessional. I work in digital marketing and I’d be in pretty big trouble if I put something on a website that wasn’t accurate. That’s how people get information about your business in 2022.

When I arrived for my appointment at 2:30pm on a sat, I was told to go set in the locker room area. After some time had passed, I needed to get back to work so I went up front to talk with the man behind the counter. He explain to me that The person that was supposed to be drilling my bowling balls has a Nother job and he has no idea what time he may be coming in. I called back to the bowling alley at 3:40 and was told he still has not arrived. I feel this is very unprofessional especially when someone is about ready to throw down over $300. The lady working the snack counter was more upset and Sympathetic then the guy working behind the counter. this will be my first time using this pro shop and so far it has not been a good experience at all .

Read moreThere were problems with this venue. They have cosmic bowling. Make a reservation if you want to do it! It looks fun. We did open bowling. 2 games worth and we didn't know cosmic bowling was happening that night. We weren't finished and they gave us a 10 min. warning that cosmic was starting on the speakers. Then they made another announcement asking open bowlers to hurry up. We paid for our turns just as the cosmic people did. Not our problem to finish early. This is a VENUE problem. They over booked themselves. They should stop selling games at a certain time to prevent this from happening again. Or at least give out a voucher for the people they practically are forcing out due to the venues incompetence. Really disappointed in their inability to properly schedule their events.
