I had to write a review about Tim, (A.K.A Jewelry Jesus) at Werner Jewlery, & the exceptional repair work he did on my necklaces. I had a mesh ribbon necklace that was broken & breaking in more than a few spots, & a box chain that needed a simple repair. I had gotten 2 other estimates to fix it, & was told in excess of $600 on the first, and $2000 for the 2nd. I took it to Werner Jewerly as a last hope to get it fixed before it was going to be left as-is in my jewelry box. I walked in and was greeted by Tim, took out my necklaces without much hope of a good outcome, & held my breath for what it would cost & if he could fix it. To my surprise, he quoted me $18.00 on the box chain repair, previously quoted $45 & $75 @ other stores. But the best was when he said he could fix my irreplaceable (to me, family heirloom) mesh ribbon necklace for $135.00, & it would be done in less than a week. Needless to say, I left my necklaces with him, and waited for my call to come pick them up. I left them on Wednesday 5/4, & was called EARLY on Friday 5/6 to pick them up!! When I went in to pick them up, they took them out, instantly I noticed how clean they were. After looking it over, the whole thing looks brand new, all fixed, & he even had cared enough to to fix things that he hadn't even put into the estimate! Pictures are below of my necklaces. Working with Tim, Bob, and Marilyn at Werner couldn't have been a better experience!! It never felt "right" to me going to a big box jewelry store when shopping for an engagement ring. My fiance and I went to a couple just to window shop and I knew I needed to go a different route. I saw a previous review about someone who had a custom ring made with diamonds they inherited and they raved about their experience, so I knew Werner was worth a stop. We were in the unique position where both my fiance and I had rings passed down from our grandparents and it was important to us that diamonds from both were used. Tim was excellent to work with, very patient and gave great advice without ever trying to "sell" us on anything. He was able to promptly order the setting and when it arrived, Bob went ahead and did an absolutely incredible job at setting the stones. I really couldn't believe how it came together. On the day I was going to pick it up, I was running a little late and was going to arrive after 6. Bob and Marilyn stayed and waited for me to arrive and even spent time to chat about my plans. This type of care and attention really meant a lot and I am very grateful for this service.

When it was all said and done she said "yes," and the amount of compliments we've received on the ring has been endless. If you want to either make the absolute most of a family heirloom, or create a brand new one from scratch, Werner will go above and beyond your expectations. AWESOME AND UNBELIEVABLE!!!! As a wedding anniversary gift, I wanted to surprise my wife by repairing her 20-year-old wedding ring that required the diamond to be reset. I contacted at least 15 jewelers in the area to hear the proverbial, "it will take at least 2-4 weeks due to the holiday rush". In an unrelenting zeal to repair my wife's ring in less than a week, as my last option, I called Werner Jewelers and spoke to Ms. Marlee (who exhibited the utmost kindness and professionalism). She stated that if I bring the ring in that same day that it should be repaired the following day. When I dropped the ring off, the owner told me that he would arrive early the next day so he could complete the repair by the end of the day. To my astonishment, as promised, I received a call directly from the owner the next day around 2pm advising me that the ring was ready. Not only was the diamond reset better than it was originally constructed, but he also cleaned the ring and REPAIRED two additional areas on the ring that had eroded over the years at NO ADDITIONAL COST. In addition to the incredible customer service, I noticed that there were many beautiful earrings, necklaces and rings on display.
