I’m in heaven having this wonderful bakery around

We used Baked True North for the vegan & gluten-free dessert options for our wedding (we got cupcakes in lieu of cake slices and cookies to pre-box up so guests could still partake in a "cookie table" of sorts). They were delicious - we bought some extra to taste test. :) I love that Pittsburgh has the option of a dedicated gluten-free bakery so that all my loved ones with celiac disease can feel secure in being able to enjoy some delicious baked goods. They were also very thorough and patient about answering all my questions about cross-contamination for other allergens as some of my guests were not just vegan but had dairy and/or egg allergies. Though all their items I've tried are good, if it is on the menu, I 100% recommend the cinnamon swirl vegan cupcakes w/ vegan...

Baked True North has been an absolute game-changer for me since my celiac diagnosis. Their gluten-free baked goods are an absolute delight, exceeding all expectations I had for delicious treats. From the scrumptious lemon bars to the mouthwatering toffee cookies, apple fritters to the delicious donuts (Oh and don't even get me started on the egg sausage sandwich!!), every bite is a burst of flavor and comfort. What sets them apart is not just their incredible treats, but the warmth and inclusivity they extend to every customer.
