BE BROWS — Local services in Roswell

I went today to get my eyebrows done (microbladding) with Sophie T. The suggested design (with pencil) she made following the natural shape of my eyebrows but I did not like it. She tried to corrected explaining to me I would have to shave the extra hair if I wanted the shape changed. I agreed, she redraw it and I still didn't like it. She was getting visibly upset and frustrated with me, I could see how angry she was despite she had a mask and at that point I decided I didn't want an angry person doing such a procedure in my face so I decided to cancel it given she could not do what I wanted and liked. I proceed to reschedule and I was told that I had to PAY AN EXTRA $100 ON TOP OF MY $100 DEPOSIT!!!!!! What???!!!!! I totally refused. The front desk person talked to Erin to see what could be done and she responded it wasn't possible so I walked away and lost my $100. The next available appointment w Erin (my technician of choice) was for Feb 2023!! If it would have been a closer appointment I would have pay the $100. The session was cancelled because the technician Sophie gave me some serious attitude and I, as a customer, had to pay the consequences of her not being patient and pleasing me as a customer. I had Erin as my artist. She doesn’t communicate well and doesn’t really listen either. When you’re paying $600 you want to get your money’s worth. I personally feel like she didn’t do the best job and wished I had gone to a different artist. Sadly, they are already on and my only options are to stick with it or get them removed. As you can see in the picture she didn’t draw them symmetrical. My left eyebrow is thicker than my right. I understand that they do your brows according to your natural brow bone and face structure, but doesn’t mean you make them different sizes. Another thing is that she still posted pictures of my mom when she said “no to posting and taking pictures on the waiver”. Seems like Erin doesn’t care to look at her waivers and respect her clients. If you’re are considering coming here I would think twice. It’s way more expensive than other places and the people there aren’t that welcoming either.
