Starbucks — Restaurant in Georgia

On Friday, February 3rd, a barista by the name of Liz handled my order inside of the Starbucks in Target location. I came to pick up coffees for my coworkers and I (we came here ALL the time so our orders are familiar). Upon giving the first order, Liz asks, “This order is very familiar, is this for a woman who comes here often with very black hair?” “Yes it is.” “ Well did she not like the coffee I made for her this morning?” “She does but we work a difficult job and would like more coffee.” Liz took the conversation at a drastic turn when she states “Are you the assistant? Why do they have you running around getting everyone’s coffee?” This took me by complete shock and I answered “No I am not- have you ever picked up coffees for your coworkers?” Then she proceeded to ask if I was an assistant teacher. This was the WORST service I have EVER received from not only Starbucks but the service industry IN GENERAL!! I come to this Starbucks almost daily, but at this point I’d be more willing to go out of my way to buy coffee elsewhere. To others, please don’t let Liz make your coffee unless you want WILDLY intrusive AND inappropriate...

I ordered a drink and breakfast sandwich from here. Both were disgusting. The 2 women that were working were rude and disrespectful. While waiting I walked around the corner only to walk back to the pick up area and heard these girls talking about me. Then a lady who worked in the target walked in front of me, reached over the counter to fill up her water bottle from a faucet behind the counter, and as she was walking away dropped it. I got sosked. Was there an apology? Of course not. I frequent Starbucks, and I promise you I will NOT be back. Not that it makes a difference to them. The coffee is good. I just don’t eat the food here at all…ESPECIALLY the egg sandwiches. And here’s why… I eat breakfast sandwiches all the time at other places but specifically this place EVERY TIME gives me a bad stomach ache. I don’t know what you guys put in it but I’ve been on this toilet and I’m still on the toilet as I’m typing this. This place should stay making coffee.
