My partner and I visited on 4/14/25 around maybe like 6-7pm and our experience was unfortunately not the best. Him and I used to go to WhichWich all the time when it was open at the Collection in Forsyth and loved it but when they closed down that store we stopped going. We were in the area and decided to stop by this location which was an unfortunate mistake. For starters the building looked clean and well maintained so I'll give them that. But the man at the register who took paymentā who I'm assuming is the manager due to his age and the fact that he was bossing around a younger employee ā seemed like a rude individual. There was a younger guy working making sandwiches and it sounded like the boss or whatever you wanna call him was belittling the employee and nagging him constantly as he was making our sandwiches. I just heard him saying stuff like ,"no, no you're doing it wrong." Stuff like that but in a harsh tone. I've worked in food, retail, and medical services so I know what constructive criticism sounds like and it's not that. The boss just seemed to be behaving rudely and unprofessionally. Maybe I don't know the full story. But to make a scene like that in front of customers is crazy to me. On top of this both me and my fiance both did not like our sandwiches, they're not like what we used to get at the other location at Forsyth. Unfortunately we won't be returning to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible customer service. We ordered a sandwich for my daughter and something on it was spoiled. We called the East Cobb location, where we got it from. The employee (I believe she was the manager, if not the owner) was very rude and basically told us it was not bad over the phone. She then said to stop by and they would give us a new sandwich. When we stopped by, the employee said she had no idea how to handle and the manager was not in. When I asked her to call the manager, she went to talk to the other employee, an older woman who sounded like the person we had spoken to over the phone. When the employee walked back from the conversation, she approached us with a smirk on her face and said the manager was out of town and could not be contacted. Assuming this is true, and the manager was is fact unreachable, Iāve never been to a business where there is not someone in charge. I canāt put in words how rude these employees were and how disappoint with the experience at this location. We left with no sandwich or any type of refund (the sandwich was almost $16). Really sad. If you, your schools or business needs a sandwich, go to Jersey Mikeās down the street. Itās clean, the sandwiches are great, and the staff there is super friendly and customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs a dasher I was very disappointed in the customer service. I got no greeting, after waiting a few minutes with no recognition I said hello to the nearest employee which responded that the order would be a minute. A few minutes later, an older man proceeded to hand me the order and a drink just over half full. I requested they fill up the cup container all the way and they told me it would be $2 extra. I thought they were kidding. I left the order since I would not be paying $2 extra for someone elseās food. As I spoke to DoorDash customer service they proceed to call the store and the gentleman told them I had already left with the order. Well I went back and spoke to him while on the phone with support and he changes his story. He said someone else came to pick up the order, support confirmed no one else was assigned to the order but me. I am shocked and appalled by this unprofessional employee and I hope the manager reviews the footage, you may have a thief on...
