I placed an order at the East Cobb location about 30 minutes before closing, and when I got it home, it was missing items. I immediately realized what was going on and called the store with only 5 minutes to spare. I was connected with the store, then kept on hold for 5 minutes, until 9:01, when the line was picked up then promptly hung up. I called the store again only to reach an automated system telling me that the store was closed. So I drove up to the store. I walked up to the door and gently knocked on the door to be met with eye contact before being ignored. I then banged on the door to which I received the reply that they were closed. I was frustrated at the lack of communication with me, this employee had no idea what I wanted. He just harped stored hours at me. Finally, he opened the door and wore a dumbfounded look on his face once he realized his mistake. My order was made whole, but not without standing outside arguing with some kid who didn't want to listen to me. He dismissed my knock, he was rude to my banging, and he hung up the phone using the system as a way to avoid having to do his job.

In addition, other to go orders were just dangling on the door, waiting for those who placed that order to pick it up. It is an improper way to do business. While arguing with the gentleman who wouldn't listen to me to correct my order, there was another woman there who was trying to get her food off the hanging door and couldn't because of how tangled up they were. What an improper way to do business. I have pictures to prove this.

First of all, I seldom leave reviews. Something has to be extraordinarily good (or horrendously bad) for me to do so. Last night, we had friends who were driving into town. Our original plan was to go out to dinner, but they were running late and pretty tired. I wasn't prepared to cook, so I decided to order out...but, where? Requests were 1) a burger; 2) chicken sandwich (on the spicy side); 3) cobb salad; 4) something a little more substantial (aka meat and potatoes). I'd ordered (primarily salads and salmon) from Fresh to Order quite a few times in the past, and I felt confident the food would be good. Other than the salad, they only had a few bites of everything else. They claimed they were just tired, despite texting me they were starved about an hour before arriving. After they went upstairs to the guest room, I decided to take a bite of each. The medium rare beef (ordered) was very well done. And it was so smothered with mushroom gravy, requested on the side, you could barely find it. The only thing juicy about the chicken sandwich were the soggy greens. I'm giving this order 2 stars only because the salad was good. BTW...I heard them rummaging though our fridge after they thought we were asleep. Very...

Two days after Christmas my family and I wanted to go to dinner but no one was really hungry enough for a heavy sit down meal and nor did anyone want to get dressed to go out. Well, I was outnumbered. We opted for a healthier option and ordered pick up Fresh to Order instead.

This was my first time ordering from them online. Traditionally, I have always enjoyed eating in the restaurant for which I have never been disappointed.

Pick up from this restaurant was top notch. Ordering online from their restaurant was easy and painless. We received a fifteen minute pick up window for the food to be ready. As soon as we arrived, our food was waiting for us with all the extras that were typed out in the special notes.

Ingredients were fresh and food presentation was equal to ordering in. We ordered the Cobb Salad with Bacon and Avocado on the side. We also ordered the salad for 4 option which is a winner when feeding multiple people. It’s an economical option and you will have leftovers!

Next we ordered the Asian salad with shrimp šŸ¤. This salad was fresh, crisp and the shrimp had just enough spice to complement this salad. šŸ„— All I can say is, this will be our new quick healthy meal go to option. Kudos...

I pick up my order and I finally get home and settled. I open my container and my salmon hush puppies are burned, there are no mash sweet potato’s and the slaw is usually in a separate container but tonight it was put in the same container with my salmon hush puppies. Why??!!! Just because you’re about to close doesn’t mean you should give your customer’s horrible food.😔😔😔 I will never order this time of evening again if ever at all. They seem not to care about their customers on the night shift. I saw another review where a gentleman was also missing food and his food was charred as well. I ended up drinking some water and going to bed very frustrated!! Please do better!!! I attempted to call to voice my frustration. However, by the time I got home and realized my food was missing items and burned to a crisp (Even the corn in the salmon hush puppies was charred) they were closed. I will definitely be calling in the morning.

I am EXTREMELY ANNOYED!! I live approximately 30 minutes from the Johnson Ferry Rd location. My favorite dish is the salmon hush puppies w/ mash sweet potato’s. I pick up my order and I finally get home and settled. I open my container and my salmon hush puppies are burned, there are no mash sweet potato’s and the slaw is usually in a separate container but tonight it was put in the same container with my salmon hush puppies. Why??!!! Just because you’re about to close doesn’t mean you should give your customer’s horrible food.😔😔😔 I will never order this time of evening again if ever at all.
