Unfortunately I frequent this location more often than I would like because it is the closest one to my house I’m reviewing one star because multiple issues have happened with this location as of recently where I go through the drive-through and the food that I have ordered I would roast to beyond orange chicken was very clearly burned no one thought that it was something that you don’t want to serve to people because it was very clearly burnt to the point where it was black and did not taste good I didn’t realize that it was burnt until I got home I have also ordered food from this location and gotten a double order of some thing and they only give me one entrée but still charge me for the double order today I ordered a double order they only charge me for the single order because they didn’t give me the second double order even though I said I was willing to wait I just feel like this location needs to have better communication with each other and needs to raise their own personal standards of what they’re serving to get today I understand I get it because it was busy after I got there but most days I go during slow times. Read moreWell, I got the wrong order once again. I like Panda Express, and while I often have an unpleasant experience here, I keep coming because it's convenient on the way home. The kids who work there at night are clueless and always act like they don't know how to handle dinner rush. They always have panic written across their faces. I'm constantly "put on hold" in the drive-thru, they constantly ask me what my order was when I get to the window, and then after confirming what I order they give me the wrong meal! One particular time, I had a feeling in my gut that my order was wrong, so I checked before I left the parking lot. Good thing too because the order was wrong. Read moreI went into this establishment with my required mask on. Now it was below my mouth so that the lady who took my order could hear me, and she said nothing about my mask. I pulled my mask back up after I told her my order. As I was waiting for my food to cook I tried to get another lady’s attention so I could ask her for something different. She didn’t turn around when I called for her so I Pulled my mask down so she could hear me and she turns around and tells me my mask has to be over my mouth and I told her I pulled it down cause I was calling her.
Then the rest of the transaction she was very rude. I asked her for chopsticks and she said it was in the bag already. And when I checked the bag there was no chopsticks.
