I have never shopped at Gap before, but I'm now able to wear jeans to work, so I wanted to check out the fit for a more professional jean. I went back to the dressing rooms with a handful of items and went into the first available dressing room (since there was no attendant). There was a pile of clothes on the chair -- which I thought was clothes that were left behind by someone who tried on the items, but didn't want them. First pair of jeans, I loved. Second pair of leggings, I loved. And then I get a knock on the door by an associate saying that I was in someone else's dressing room who left her personal clothes in there to walk around the store in Gap clothing she was trying on. I was asked to move dressing rooms. I found this to be completely rude and a little embarrassing since I was in the middle of trying on clothes. So I moved over to the next dressing room, got changed and walked out with nothing. Better dressing room management could have prevented this. Also, I will note I walked in and walked through the store twice trying to get a better idea of the different type of jeans that were available and not once was I asked if I needed help.    Read moreI LOVE gap. Worn gap since I was a kid. My mom worked Pt for gap, I worked PT for old navy...I had the worst experience in this store today with a MANAGER. I've never had someone be so disdainful and rude to me for zero reason. She told me they weren't able to order an item online without being able to scan a barcode to look it up. FALSE. Was at the other location the other day and the wonderful woman did it for me no Problem! Plus I was working for old navy when gap rolled out this technology. Thanks for making me roam the store with my 2 year old to find the tshirt for you. She then says "There are two at Perimeter." ANd I said I'd like to order online. And she says "Well if it's available." She then asks if my billing address is the same and I tell her it's not...I ask if I can type in my email to bring up my profile where my card is saved (she tells me that's not an option which I did the day before at Dallas Highway) and I type it in and then she says "you'll get an email." And disappears. She also neglects to take off the extra discount for using my Gapcard. I won't ever shop at this location again. But I HIGHLY recommend Dallas Highway.    Read moreThe website says they’re open until 8, but if you go in after 7:30 be aware that an employee may scream at you “my do’ is locked!” if you walk to the kids side. (That’s a quote. Not a misspelling.). The lights will be on and the area isn’t blocked off. But don’t risk it and walk over there. This happened 10/20/21 at 7:40pm. Sadly not exaggerating. Just be warned.
