Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Rothschild

I have been an Ollie's customer for years I left the south and am excited to see them coming into this area.

However there was a huge issue with the management team. While waiting in line a female manager seemed to be agreeged that she had to move from holding up the front desk to take a call. There wasnt a long queue, but she left the only cashier to tend to all guests.

She takes the call and then begins to have a stern conversation with an employee regarding attendance. I get it, it's tough leading a staff but those conversations, shouldn't take place around customers, and what was even more unnerving was after she disconnected the call she gloated to the cashier about her position and how she will send anyone home or change schedules when she wants.

Don't worry though. She went back to her original post of holding up the counter by leaning on it and back to her personal cell phone.

Luckily there will be another ollies opening closer to my home soon, so I won't have to go back to this...

This place is new to the area that is right off the highway, which is easy access. It is in the old shopko building and shared the area with the v a clinic. There is a very, very large parking lot and is handicapped accessible. They do have a customer bathroom. Maybe because it is brand new, it seemed to be a little unorganized. The wait in line to check out was like if you were waiting for a black friday sale. The prices we're not so great on most of the items, but there were a few that were a really good deal.
