Friday April 29th around noon, I went to this store and received terrible service. I was repeatedly passed by while sales people eagerly searched out the other "elderly" patrons. I never write reviews but this place really needs to work on customer service skills. You have no idea what my intent was or how much money I was planning to spend. This applies to every sales person in the store. No one greeted me like they did everyone else. No one asked if I needed help. I had to seek some one out and wait to ask how the sizing worked. Then when I wanted to try some things on the lady said "Oh, well I don't know if we have a room" when she just offered one to someone else who didn't take. Finally, I had to wait to pay for the item I purchased even though two people were standing at the cashier when I walked up. They both busied themselves and went off to other customers. Then one yelled across the room, "were you working with someone?" I said yes the lady who reluctantly got me a room. Again I had to wait while she chatted with another customer. I am not homeless, dirty, smell bad, diseased or anything. Just a normal 40 something women. I really hope someone who cares reads this. Treat EVERYONE...
Read moreEdit: I called Chico’s corporation and spoke with manager. Technically I was right & store should have taking care of me. I was advised to go back to store and get my discount but that same assistant manager pretended didn’t know me. Geez after 2 hours wasted the store she doesn’t recognize me ?! Then she had to call corporation to show her how to get that disc off. Someone really need some training as assistant manager. On line Chico manager is awesome & deserves 5 star. But not this location.
Be aware of this company I got 4 emails offer $25 off 100. $50 off $150. $75 off $200 to be used yesterday & today in the outlet stores or on line. Not just the store can not honor this offer. Also called corporation and sales can not offer it at the store. I showed proves of all emails to the store assistant manager to show I’m not lying & Chico is making a false advertising to its customers. Wasted 2 hours in the store & corporate sales decided they can’t honer...
Read moreI've always had pretty good luck at Chico's when shopping, even though the staff was a little pushy in their selling technique. Today, I returned a garment bc it was didn't fit me. Chico's refused to take it back since it was past their return time policy. I understand the policy but it was $65 garment, clean and the tag was still attached. I feel the mgr could have made an exception especially since I going to purchase a few more items today. It's not like it wouldn't have sold. Just my point of view ... I won't be going...
