Absolutely Disgusting Customer Service at Totally Tea (Round Rock Premium Outlets)
If I could give zero or negative stars, I absolutely would. This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The man working the register was more interested in talking with other employees than actually paying attention to our order. We clearly and explicitly requested our boba tea with very little sugar, but not only was that ignored, the drink came out overly sweet and totally undrinkable.
To make matters worse, the boba tea was overpriced, and the menu pricing was misleading. what you see is definitely not what you end up paying.
When we brought the issue to their attention and politely asked for the drink to be remade correctly or for a refund, the staff member smugly told us they had made the drink "as ordered" and refused to do anything to resolve the issue. No apology, no effort to fix the mistake, just a dismissive and rude attitude.
This kind of arrogance and disregard for customer satisfaction is absolutely unacceptable. Totally Tea has lost a customer for life. I will never go back, and I’ll make sure my friends and family know to steer clear as well.

The wife and I started looking over their wonderful pictures, trying to figure out our new choice (being seasoned boba drinkers) and killing time until our turn. Once our number was up, we were greeted by the only man working there. We said hi, and he said hey. My wife noticed he wasn't up to snuff today, but placed her order. She went with the Pink Drink and I went with the Signature. She asked a follow-up question regarding the ingredients in her drink. He responded with a bitter tone and then explained why he carried the tone. I'm all for sympathy in a crisis, especially one he dealt with, but his attitude put us off. Our drinks were made well by the female barista... but I did have a bit of issue placing my straw through the top (probably a user issue or bad straw cut) of my drink. The atmosphere in there was rocky due to his situation, but from the aspect of quality, the drinks were super tasty, with high quality ingredients (considering other locations around us) and fun...

One of my employees at the round rock mall is of African decent and it’s so strange how whenever she goes in while the managing partner is there she always has some issue. So of course I went into said place of business when he was there and gave the attitude right back that he gave my employee and since he didn’t appreciate that he took away our mall employee discount. Not to mention that the slow cooker that they make the boba in looks absolutely dingy. And no one ever wears gloves. EVER. SO CROSS CONTAMINATION is always present. Also. Their drinks are made out of powder and black tea and over price it for such a mediocre drink and service. Not to mention 9/10 they’re out of what we order. The only saving grace is the girl with the blue hair who always has A1 customer service. There’s enough problems in the world and i can personally say I’ll never buy...
