We went to this store on Sunday night to get Veggie Bowl. They ran out of fajitas on instore line, but they have plenty on take out/online order line. I asked person who is working to give me side of fajitas and the service person said she couldn't as they have so Many online orders and couldn't do it. She also said they couldn't do it as they normally won't bring food from online line to instore line. After us, a couple walked by and asked a side of rice. The next service man got it from online line. I also kept watching how many online orders were they packing and its not many and it was pretty close to closing time. So, they basically lied two times. 1. When she said they had so many orders 2. when they said they couldn't bring food from online line to instore line. Also, the rice is too grainy and with out fajitas, the veggie fajita bowl doesn't taste good at all.
07/05 - I thought of giving second chance and went to store. First, they ran out of fajitas and the person who is making burriot is not even apologetic about it. He was like, we dont make Fajitas after 9pm. Coming to taste part, this is the worst veggie bowl I have eaten. I felt like I was drinking lime juice while eating food. Too much lime in everything. Wont be back again to this store due to quality of food and service. Tortilla is like rock hard (not...
Read moreClean location when I went in. Mr.Jorge took care of my burrito build. Walking down the assembly line, all items in food trays were in order full. Got the scoop of guacamole wanted to splurge. But unfortunately, a pit made its way in the guacamole. After almost bighting into it, I spit it out. Quality control is not present for the fresh made process. It is still one of the star qualities of this restaurant. $15 bucks for a burrito in today's times is slightly higher than the market average. So, paying the extra freight to cover the costs of operations, I would expect a little bit more from this establishment. 3s all the way, still a decent rating. I hope this place strives for greater scores 3.5 as of this writing seems to be on par. Maybe a change in direction with quality control and customer service with their current employees. Will give this a place a boost. Fortunately, the location is nestled in a high volume traffic area. Maybe a 3.5 is all it needs to keep the lights on and everyone paid. Sign said they were hiring at the time. Maybe this can be a starting point to turn things around in the customer service department. Jorge was decent, but he was somewhere else while making my burrito. As you prep someone's food who is about to pay for your services, Jorge might want to pay attention more towards...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I went into this location to order dinner tonight. Upon entering and going to the counter, we were told that they are only doing online orders. My girlfriend asked if she stepped aside to a table and placed an order online, if they would give us the food which Chandler (the general manager) replied yes. She then said well that’s stupid and stepped away to place an order. Before we got a step away, Chandler fired off that “you can order but we won’t serve you any food as I am refusing to serve you now” and then he just walked away (like an upset child). This was literally just due to her comment saying it was stupid that we’re standing in the store but have to order online to get food. He offered no apology or solution for the problem prior to or after this exchange.
I know chipotle in general is going down hill, this location has been given too much credit (3+ stars) imo. In any industry but especially the food industry I would expect some level of customer service at a minimum. Even more so from the supposed general manager. It’s sad someone with no customer service skills is managing/training people.
Not even sure why I wanted to eat here tonight but won’t be getting our business again for sure. Hopefully some action is taken to fix...
