Valvoline Instant Oil Change — Local services in Round Rock

I am a Valvoline customer since past 3 years and have been regularly servicing my 2 cars at Round Rock Location (near Hooters).

I have had terrible experience at this location (University Blvd). The manager Michael initially convinced me to get my Engine Air Filter and AC filter replaced. Once I got out of shop, I noticed that they didn’t attach engine air filter compartment and all the screws were loose. I had to return back immediately to get it fixed.

After a while, I turned ON my AC and my AC blower started to make noise since they didn’t clean the debris properly from the old one which now was obstructing the AC blower. I once again went back to the shop and Michael REFUSED to take in my car.

He was rude, unwelcoming and simply walked aways saying “Once the vehicle is out of shop, they dont take any responsibility”. He asked me to watch youtube videos and figure out myself. It would had taken him probably few minutes to check out what’s wrong when a customer who spent $100+ few minutes ago at your shop and has returned back complaining about something.

Worst customer service experienced at this location. Rude,unprofessional and negligent store Manager. Never faced such issue before. Will definitely avoid going...

Came for a basic brake light bulb replacement, 4 weeks later it started going out, and would sometimes work, went back for a exchange for new bulb, but 50 year old geezer out of shape guy with glasses said its not the bulb, but the wire harness, I order new pair of LED bulbs from amazon and install them myself and what you know the new bulbs work fine, this valvoline gave me faulty bulb and refused to replacement for me, doing a credit card chargeback for this.
