Taco Bell — Restaurant in Round Rock

I’m just wondering why this location is always close at the inside? People who decide to go to fast food places like this really need to start demanding better customer service And care. They could at least give some type of courtesy to the customers who want to give their business to places like Taco Bell and at least have a sign up On the door letting them know that they aren’t going to be open at the inside because they don’t feel like it. When you are at your job you are there to do a good one so you can get paid, it seems like these days people are forgetting that I live right up the street And was just trying to take my daughter to the Taco Bell next to us and it was open and instead of letting us know it’s closed for inside dining and clearly aren’t even signs they just stare at me I swear stuff like that can really mess up somebody’s day. I just left this location and I ordered a specific item. When I got to the window, the individual was nice and handled my transaction well. I was handed my order and noticed that the normal box that I get was not with the order. I was told by a different individual( Manger) who approached the window that I did not order the item. I then explained what I wanted. He is now irritated. I have my friend on the “bluetooth” inside the car, so she can hear him. As I am explaining the correction to my order, I offer to pay the difference. From 0-10 He ask me to leave “his” line. I then ask him his name and he refused and skips all the professionalism he could have offered. I don’t have to give you my name and I am about to call the police on you!?
