It’s not that it’s busy. I come here when it’s dead or busy. It’s the service. I used to work at the location that is now a Summer Moon. Starbucks used to be better training partners to recognize regulars and their orders. Every single time I come in whoever is on the cash register just walks away. I’m left there waiting. Sometimes I’ll get asked if I need time to think about what I’m going to order. Like, they blatantly don’t put in effort to recognize their regular customers. I come there almost daily, and my order is pretty regular.
There’s a couple girls there that won’t give me any emotion. They won’t even smile. I’ll try to change it up a bit and ask them about the new drinks and they’ll say or do absolutely nothing to sell the new drink. I can’t even make eye contact with these two girls. They just stare at the counter.
I usually tip, but I don’t tip those two girls. I know Starbucks shares tips… so it doesn’t matter… still…
I don’t know why out of the team full of people only one person recognizes me and tries to at least remember my order. He’s always so full of energy.
Only one person lives up to the Starbucks customer service standards that I remember during training. I’ve just been constantly disappointed because I used to work for Starbucks. I know Starbucks standards for customer service is higher than this location puts effort into...

Unfortunately the gentlemen I previously reviewed, I have not seen since. I’ve been going regularly and will go to another coffee shop or out of my way to my old starbucks location moving forward. Unfortunately the drinks are inconsistent and while I always pay for extra pumps and a shot, they frequently seem be be missing one or both. I feel like they count on drive through people to be in a hurry or not check so this may be different in person but I’m tired of paying for the extra and not getting it.
Original review:
I just started working in this area and was weary to switch up my Starbucks location bc I love the staff at the other one I went to, but today's my 2nd time here. The 1st time was at the beginning of the week, and I was pleasantly surprised how friendly the gentleman taking orders outside was and the gentleman at the window. Today, my 2nd time, it's the end of the week, and the gentleman outside remembered me and said, "Nice to see you again." How he remembered me after days and tons of faces, idk, but it made my morning. Customer service is a big deal for me and I'm happy to make this location my...
Read moreStarbucks has lost its way it seems. Once upon a time, on the rare occasion that an order wasn't made right, barista's would do backflips to make it right. As of late it seems the order is being put together wrong more frequently, which I can accept as I see the mad pace that these folks work at, and after all they are only human. Today, I put in an order for two identical drinks. One is different than the other, and BOTH are missing the flavoring. Should be an easy fix, right? Unfortunately, I drove away before noticing... Dropped the Mrs. off to work, and popped my head into another starbucks hoping to get it fixed. They say, "sorry, but we'd have to charge you for the flavoring". Out of principle, I decide to drive 7 miles back to where I ordered it and ask for it to be fixed. They say, sorry but we don't have that flavor. Not sure why they took the order to begin with. They don't offer to fix it, or suggest an alternative, but more or less say "tough luck for you."
I'm ready for a new coffee place. I'm over the...
