Burger King — Restaurant in Texas

Place my order online for my two whoppers and when I went to go pick it up through the drive-through I distinctly said please make sure that it has heavy onions on the whoppers because I have ordered several times before about four times before and every time I ask for extra something, it never gets done so she’s like we we put on what is on the order. OK mind you I thought it was fulfilled correctly because the burger felt sick. I didn’t open it. I should have but when I got home and opened up the whopper, it wasn’t a whopper. It was a whopper with like six small hamburger patties on each one I’d rather you said oh we’re out of whopper patties and then refund me my money. The food was uneditable like that’s have you seen a whopper with that many patties in it like Like come on like all I know is that the Burger King on sunrise Road do not go to that one they do not get your order right whatsoever. This is the sixth time that I’ve given him. The chance I should’ve stopped at three but it’s close to my house, but this was the last that was last straw that’s too many hamburger patties and a whopper I didn’t ask for a double whopper you gave me six patties and two whoppers so that’s 12 patties and a whopper that like that that’s just ridiculous if I could go up higher and management to who owns this restaurant, I would complain to them I would like my money back like that like that’s ridiculous. We didn’t even eat it because I was like this we took maybe like two or three try to take two or three bites out of it. This morning my son wanted to get breakfast before school so went to burger king it was about 6:30 am and when we pulled up you could barley hear the guy on the other end at the drive thru. My son asked for a breakfast taco (which to my understanding now that burger king calls them breakfast borritoes) so the guy said we don't have breakfast tacos. Okay so then my son asked if he could get a number 6 without peppers and onions.(which is the two breakfast borritoes) then he asked for a smoothie then guy said they don't have any smoothies so he ended up ordering and iced tea. The guy said okay I will have your total at the window. We pulled up to the window sat about 5 mins then the guy that took my order comes to tell me they don't have any iced tea so i asked what they do have he said we have bunch of different kinds of soda, milk and a bunch of juices so I said okay we will take an orange juice and guess what they DIDN'T have any orange juice either. OKAY so we have a burger king that has nothing to order or buy hmm ridiculous don't you think and to top it all off the guy I was talking to wouldn't even look me while he was talking kept putting his hand up in front of his face like he was trying to hide and wouldn't speak up so I could hear him I had to keep asking him what he said. Think you need to take another look at why you hired this person and why there wasn't anything to order.Terrible...

I went through the drive-thru earlier this evening (Fri. 2-28-14) and ordered a BBQ Rib sandwich only to be told they were out of Ribs for the sandwich. So, I ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich and Value Satisfries. The menu advertises all these items for $1.00 on the Value Menu. But after waiting for over 20 minutes in line, they tried to charge me more than the price advertised on the menu. I asked for the manager and a lady came to the window to tell me that she was the manager and that "she had no control over the menu". She proceeded to tell me that I had to pay the higher price if I wanted the items. I asked for the number to a district manager and she refused to give me any number to call. I said she should honor an advertised price on the menu and she just argued with me. I have never seen such a horrible lack of training for a manager and such awful customer service. This place has screwed up just about every order I have ever placed in the past, and this incident finally made me decide to eat elsewhere in the future. This review would be negative stars if...
