I went inside of the Azusa AT&T store because of a friend that recommended AT&T and how great their service is. The current provider I had was Verizon and Sprint ( Sprint was my company's mobile provider and Verizon was my personal's phone provider. )
I was greeted almost instantly once I walked inside by Alyssa. She sat me down in one of the tables to see if she can resolve my problems that I was currently having. I told her that I have been having constant phone drops while on calls, no consistent reception in most places I visit ( Work travel and personal ).
She wasn't a pushy sales person, or never was aggressive at all! She genuinely listened to my problems and gave me different options that have met my needs.
I never write reviews unless it impacted my life by a great amount and so far AT&T service us outstanding.

I explained my situation to the employee and they responded with, "So what do you want to do?" To me, it came off as a bit short but maybe that's just me. Anyways, they basically handed me a pamphlet, instructed me to go to the website and file a claim, and sent me on my way. They also told me that it'd be a $200 minimum to get a new phone. As usual I sought out my normal AT&T associate Harold at the Rowland Heights location. Harold has assisted me with all of my cell phone, iPad and DirecTV needs since 2009.
...wherever he goes I go because he is always able to assist me with making purchases that make sense; as well as explaining things to me like I’m a 3yr old so that I can comprehend fully.
As usual, both times I had a pleasant experience and walked out of the store pleased and satisfied.
Next month I will be back to purchase a new iPad AND tablet. Where am I going?
