Cotti Coffee-Colima Rd — Restaurant in La Puente

Where do I start! I waited my turn in line. There was one person in front of me. Ten minutes later, it was my turn to order. I went up to the counter and was given a blank stare. The employee did NOT speak one word of English. She literally handed my her phone with a translator app. Still no response. She then proceeded to point to the register computer screen. I finally figured out she had no idea how to operate it and wanted me to figure it out and if and when I did, I needed to place my own order. I placed my own order tgen wsited for 10 minutes to get my 2 drinks. After all that mess, the so called coffee that I ordered tasted like diluted oatmilk with sweetner. Please hire someone who can communicate and work a register and improve the quality of your products. I will not be back to this...

Im never really a person to write reviews but I really wanted to like this place because the reviews were good & the drinks looked good too. Unfortunately, the service was unpleasant. I walked in & the worker was face down in her phone the entire time. I basically just stood there for a little waiting to order.. The drinks were affordable but they straight up taste like milk & bitter coffee. I was honestly super disappointed...

Great coffee and wonderful flavors of different coffee drinks. This one is pretty much the same as all the other cotti coffees. I feel like the prices are pretty affordable in this economy. The service was so great, the worker there was so unbelievably nice.

I think my only gripe is that the AC is nonexistent. I think I'd love to get work done there but it gets so hot inside. Other than that, come here...
