First time I came in to get a turbo kit installed, my coolant line split due to it being nicked during installation. Mistakes happen so I didn’t see it as a big deal even though I had to fix it myself. Gave it a few years and came back a couple of weeks ago to get my bumper reseated because it wasn’t aligned correctly. When I came to pick it up I noticed it didn’t really look like anything had changed from the way it looked before except I had several new scratches on my front bumper. They absolutely manhandled it and denied that it happened. Owner claimed it looked like that when I brought it in but it was in the garage for several days after I had changed the intake filter and I know for a fact those scratches weren’t there before. If I wanted lousy work to be done, I would’ve had me and buddy do it in my garage for a case of beers rather than paying hundreds of dollars and getting the car back in worse shape than I brought it in. Purchased a Mustang GT car from a dealership from out of state. The dealership informed me that there was a problem with the transmission and that the car was at Pickle Performance having it removed sent out and rebuilt. The salesman at the dealer was kind enough to give me the phone number for Josh at Pickle Performance so that I could discuss with him exactly what was wrong with the car and to inspect the car for any other issues since I was purchasing from our of state. Josh, and Pickle Performance, set the standard of excellence in 5.0 performance. He didn’t hesitate to answer my 5 million questions and was extremely accommodating with my work schedule-or lack there of. He is the only one who touches my truck(2024 F150 5.0 4wd) and I drove an hour and a half because of his reputation for quality and quick turn around. He is installing long tube headers and y-pipe.
