All the glass is overpriced junk their so called quartz bangers don't last a week. Bought a torche from them it was defective leaked butane and almost burned my face off then they won't do returns so they gave me a second defective torch after putting the one back on the shelf I told them almost exploded on me. Then the manager refused to return anything and was very rude then after a 20 minute argument she pretty much threw the 30 dollars at me with shaking hands and I was very civil and polite the entire time trying to warn her about the potential liability she didn't care be careful buying anything here I'll never come back again after this and multiple other similar issues with their products. Do not buy a butane torch there atleast if you take anything from this my throat and lungs have been sore for a week from breathing in flames and the manager laughed in my face when I informed her of that. Went in to trouble shoot an issue with one of my devices. I have numerous batteries at home that would not work with my card and was told that I was allowed to try it out in the parking lot and if it didnt work it wasnt a big deal to swap out. I was not explained any policies in regards to returns and wasted my money on a product I could not return. I came into the shop because of convenience, because of this experience I would recommend anyone and everyone to drive out of their way so they would not support a business that actively supports deception and poor service. Do not waste your money!! Sold me a completely defective Raz and refuse to replace it in week and a day! The product doesn’t charge or work.
