If I could give this store negative stars I would. The service there was very horrible, & for no good reason at all, they treated me from being a customer to a criminal. They called the police & had the chief of police escort me out of the store & even lied to the policeman by claiming that I "insisted" that they hold items for me & that I was "hanging around the store for too long" when in fact, I NEVER asked or "insisted" them to do anything for me & I was actually shopping for a lot of items which I paid a lot of money for before the policeman confronted me in the store. Despite me purchasing many of the store's items, the cashier from the boutique & the employees from the "Open Door Thrift Store", which is next door, banned me from both stores. Not to mention, the cashier at the boutique (I think her name is Anne Marie) was very nasty to me, & even ranted at me while I was shopping by saying that I was "hanging around the store for too long" & she even had the nerve to tell me to stop selecting more items. However, I was very polite towards her even after that, especially b/c she claimed to have a "blood-sugar" problem. The main reason it seemed that I was in the store for some time was b/c the cashier kept taking breaks & leaving/locking up store before I could even pay for the items. So, I would even have to wait for her to come back to the store. When I was finally ready to have the items rung up, I found out that the items costed more than I expected, so I told her that I had to get the rest of the money from my car & that I would be right back. In only less than one minute later after getting the rest of the money from my car to pay her, she left the store & locked it up again, so I went to "Open Door Thrift Store", which is also connected to the boutique & tried to ascertain where the boutique's cashier went to but one of the employees from Open Door (who is a female, brunette, caucasian, age: 20s-30s, & average somewhat thick build) rudely said to me "that is not my problem". So I had to wait again until the boutique's cashier came back to the store which was a few minutes. When I was waiting for Anne Marie to ring up & bag my items, she all of a sudden tried to talk to me like she was being friendly for conversation in which I would find out later that she was actually stalling me by even asking me personal questions like my age & if I lived in the area. When I took the money out to pay for the items was when the chief police along with an employee from Open Door came into the store to confront me for my info in front of other customers. I told him that all I was doing was shopping & was doing nothing wrong. I even confronted him & the employees that all of what they were doing was an act of racial discrimination (being that I am a person of color) but the employees added to their lies in which the cashier claimed that I told her that I didn't have any money which was obviously BS. But the true judgement of their actions is not their call, racism like beauty is in the eye of the beholder & I could clearly see what was going on & what they really are. Either way, their reasons for crying wolf by calling a policeman on me was totally unjustified. Though I was committing no crime, I was humiliated, & not just humiliated in front of other customers who were inside the store but witnessing eyes in the traffic outside of the store on Main street in Royersford, PA who watched as the cop escorted me out of the store & question me for my info. & to add salt to the wounds, the policeman informed me that I was banned from the store. As if, I would ever want to set foot in there ever again after that offensive stunt that they just pulled. From what I understand, the two stores are managed by a supposedly Christian charity ministry. Gee, what "christian-like" behavior. Well, "be still & know" that I am definitely going to file complaints on both stores & I even pray that "Faiths' Fashions Boutique" & "Open Door Ministry Thrift Store" will be forced to have their...

Was a great place. Used to spend lots of money and time there.. USED TO. they found out people resell their stuff so now instead of having set prices or just labeling what they think it's worth the person in the back looks up how much the item sells for an bases it off that. You guys are a second hand store that gets free donations, your prices don't reflect that ANYMORE. You used to have amazing deals now you guys lost your damn minds and don't even do the correct research when looking up a price I found 100 things that were way over priced for what they were worth. They had a juicer marked $65 it was selling for $25-30 brand new, had a bike marked $40, I could buy TWO of the same bikes for $25. You guys need to rethink what you're doing, for the time being taking my...

I know someone who had to do 25 hours of community service there for a very petty, non violent crime and the entire time he was there I feel he was bullied by a bunch of people who have nothing better to do with their life than to make themselves feel better about their pathetic existence by causing misery to those they feel they are better than. There are a few exceptions,...
