Update I was contacted by the owner and he was able to give me my money back and a voucher for a haircut to give them another try. Thank you. Was recommended by a family member to give Royse City Sports Clip a try. Recommended Adrianna. When I dropped off my 16 year old son to go get gas, I returned and paid and even tipped $5. When we got into car he proceeded to tell me that she did not cut top hair at all. She touched it and said “ I cannot do anything”. I returned with my son and asked for my $ back and one of the stylists said no I cannot give you your money back but I can call my area manager and she can call and speak with you later. She never called me. The stylist proceeded to explain she could try to fix. She then explained that my son’s (Afro) hair was matted and that is why Adrianna couldn’t do anything with it. I explained that was never discussed with my son nor I when she charged me. This whole situation could’ve been resolved by some communication with me or my son who didn’t understand or is shy to speak and ask her if there was someone else that could’ve helped him. I recently visited Sport Clips for a haircut and had a very disappointing experience. About a week ago, I came prepared with a photo of the exact hairstyle I wanted and showed it to the stylist beforehand. She assured me she could replicate the look. I even offered to show her the photo throughout the cut and asked if she had any questions. She said she understood.

Unfortunately, the result looked nothing like the photo I provided. The fade was uneven and not blended properly. I pointed this out and asked if she could fix it without going higher, but she was unable to make any improvements. She then called the manager over, who also attempted to fix it, but it still looked the same. It was clear that neither of them knew how to properly correct the cut without making it worse.

LOVE Tashina! She was AMAZING with my 7 year old. We got a totally botched, uneven, Chili bowl cut across the way at great clips (not what we asked for/showed) & she spent ample time fixing it as best as she could. Which was a million times better than what he walked in with. She spent a thorough 45 minutes fixing him up & he got the MVP treatment. I love that she offered it, even though he's a little dude. He loved it & I won't mind paying extra for it as long as she's there to fix him up. I saw a good 10-12 men/boys walk out & every cut/fade/shave looked great! They were busy but worked quickly & honestly from what I saw the wait is worth it. I came in, checked in, then ran to Walmart for a few things & got back right when my estimated time on the board was & they were ready for us.
