It was SUPER BUSY, post HS football game, and it was so loud in there thre staff was having to scream out order numbers, and still thre kids were very rudely ignoring them. Then getting angry when their order wasn't delivered to them quickly enough. At one time there were at least 6 orders sitting on the counter that had been called out multiple times.
The kids were rude, disrespectful and obnoxious. But the staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL and dealt with them with patience and I applaud their efforts. One of the kids spoiled his soda on the floor (right next to me at the front door) and just laughed and said to me it was already wet... so I moved the wet floor sign next to the spill to help out the store bc the employees were overwhelmed by the noise and trying to get orders to the guests.
The manager was very polite and I commiserated with him, as I remember the many MANY YEARS I was a restaurant manager and had the Friday night teenager crowd and even though my order took over 30 minutes, and my pancakes were a mess (he offered to remake them) I couldn't wait anymore and just said he could take them off my bill..
Not only did he refund me for the mistake on my food, he gave me extra food to take home with me (I wasn't expecting anything).
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location, bc if they can keep their cool in a very hectic and chaotic environment... I can't imagine how great the service would be on a normal night!

But the reason I decided to reach out to the restaurant is because I found a wavy coarse hair in my food. So sanitation is obviously an issue at this location. I did reach out to the restaurant first, I reached out the same day and received an email stating my message was received and I would hear back in 2-3 days. 5 days later, still nothing, so I reached out again. I just wanted to be refunded for the burger that had the hair in it, because it got thrown away. The manager, Sam, emailed me back pretty quickly and said she would give me a free one at my next visit. I emailed her back immediately saying that I would prefer a refund on the burger itself because we wont be back after finding hair in food. She just chose to never respond to me. So now im here! I would have loved to settle this issue without a review. Poor sanitation and poor management. And just to add - the employees always seem really ticked off to be at work. Not a single one we have ever come across will even smile at you. They say absolutely nothing to you with blank stares...

Edit: so I just told the employee what is the holdup we’ve been waiting out here for almost 25 minutes now and she tells me that they’re waiting on the meat. I’ve worked in the fast food industry before it is not take 25 minutes to flip a burger and get it cooked, I understand when it gets busy, but for when it’s not even busy at all, and I got a terrible excuse from a terrible employee that does not care for customer satisfaction.
