Just tried this location today for the first time me and my husband went through the drive thru and I was offered the steak and shrimp entree and I immediately jumped on that because I love steak and shrimp. so I told the order taker that that is what I wanted and he hen proceeded to ask what sides I wanted to go with it so I told him what I wanted and continued with my order well I pay $23.60 for my and my husbands orders well I get home and my husband has his food and his sides and I go to look in my box only to find the sides I ordered and not my entree. So I took the food back to them with my receipt in hand and asked to speak the manager on shift said manager comes over I tell what happened and he proceeds to tell me that he remembers the order but says I never told him that I wanted what I previously ordered. I then tell him why would I pay $7.30 for just sides? He doesn’t say anything. He then tell me it’s going to take him 10 mins to pull up my receipt and refund the money back to my debit card and that I will take approximately 3-5 business days before I receive my refund. I told him that would be fine I would wait I just wanted my money back. He then proceeded to ask me what the name of the order taker was and I then tell him that they did not state their name and then he asks me if My order was read back to me and I told him no and he then ask if everything looked right on the screen well at first everything i ordered was on there but mine some how got deleted but managed to charge me the price of the plate with just sides. He then tries to offer me a full meal or a drink or side and I just told him I wanted my money back and that I would go elsewhere where I know they will not mess up my food. And he then states that they have not had a complaint in the last 6 months and after reading the reviews tonight, I know that was definitely a lie. So needless to say I will not be visiting this location for a very long time...

We ordered 2 bigger plates with chow mein and we were asked to wait 5 minutes for it but they never asked what else we wanted to order with it. So, we were ordering teriyaki chicken and there was enough when we got there. We waited more than 5 mins and asked them if they could give us the rest of the food as we waited since I noticed there was teriyaki left for one serving by that time and when Quinn was about to serve it to us the hispanic girl told Quinn he couldn’t give it to us since someone in the drive thru had ordered it and was waiting for 10 mins which was a lie because no one was in the drive thru when we got there and we were already waiting before any other cars came by. So I let them know we were there first and Quin said I’m just doing what I’m being told… so I told him that is why you should ask your costumers what else they need and that is why I told you if you could make our plates before the teriyaki was gone. So they made us wait 15 mins more for the teriyaki and no apology was made and he did not give me my sides which I had already paid for… I had to tell them where he left them and gave it to me. I did speak to the manager but she only nodded and no apology was given.. They just want the drive thru lane go fast without taking any consideration of the costumers inside… I left very disappointed, I would not recommend getting the food inside… I also noticed that the drive thru girl gave a costumer the las of the chow mein which was mostly cabbage just to get the...
Read moreI ordered ahead on the app. When I went to pick my food up the guy behind the counter shoved the bags in my hands quickly without verifying that it was the correct order, while helping two other customers with take out orders. It could have very easily been mixed up with another persons food. I ordered teriyaki chicken for my oldest daughter and myself, while my youngest daughter got a different chicken dish. The rice was hard and uncooked in parts of the meal. The teriyaki chicken gave my oldest daughter and I the WORST food poisoning consisting of severe stomach pain and vomiting. My youngest daughter’s chicken was so hard it caused her to break a bracket on her braces! And the food was packed so carelessly in the bags that it leaked sauce everywhere and stained my car. Avoid this location at all costs. The Rockwall location is so much better, from the customer service to the quality of food. I will never return to...
