I’m visiting town for the holidays and was having some big issues with my work computer. I called and before I could even speak some guy answered. Before I could even say anything he said “hello!goodbye!” And hung up. I called back thinking it must have been like an automated answering service but he immediately started talking very rudely asking for my name and what do I want and then went on about how he wasn’t taking on customers. spent a week trying to get in contact with this guy, was constantly sent to voicemail, and when i tried to reach out to him in other ways, no other form of contact was replied to, and despite going to his shop 3 or 4 times it was always closed. if not for the fact his voicemail identified his service, i would have assumed he was shut down.
