I have been a loyal visitor to this establishment for many years, enjoying visits with my family. However, recently, I have encountered unprofessional behavior from the staff at the ticketing windows. On multiple occasions, the attendants have charged us more than the advertised prices. After verifying the correct rates online, I had to show them the discrepancy from my phone, as they insisted on charging a higher amount. This has happened repeatedly, and the lack of clear pricing displayed at the windows leaves customers reliant on the staff’s word. I plan to investigate New Mexico's consumer protection laws to determine whether it is required to display prices publicly before completing a transaction. Rude personnel and unorganized. I tried returning the rentals 10mins later after buying them and some red curly haired lady who never gave us her name told us to come back the next day and talk to the supervisor. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we took the rentals back home 3 hours away. A week later we went back to return and they took them no questions asked and when I asked to talk to the supervisor it was the same red curly hair lady that had told us no.
