Subway — Restaurant in Ruidoso

We went 2 weeks ago. We wanted to dine in and it was 6:30 pm. They had the all the chairs up on the tables. We checked the door to see what time they closed at (9 pm). We asked if we were able to dine in and the 2 men working said no, we couldnt dine in because they were cleaning. My husband and I told them they didnt close til 9. They said yes but when they clean the dining area, no one can dine in. So my husband said what time will they be done cleaning the dining area (thinking it wouldnt be long) and one of them said 8:30. We were like it takes 2 hours to clean? You are going to loose customers bc you close the dining area a lot earlier than closing time? The short worker with glasses and little goatee answered sarcastically yes and said but we still can make you sandwiches. He kept shutting us up by saying- but we can still make you sandwiches...We left and dined in at Pizza Hut. It was great! If you are from out of town, hungry, and want to eat somewhere fast- do not go to this Subway unless you want to go see the cleanest Subway ever bc it takes hours to sweep and mop before...

Not impressed at all during this visit. When I was ordering the employee's phone went off and she answered it! I was pretty upset with the customer service. After I got my food I witnessed multiple food violations such as: personal items in a food prep area, not switching out gloves after touching personal items, the employee left the building and when she came back she didnt wash her hands before returning to work, touching her skin with her gloves and not switching gloves before serving food, then eating behind the counter with a fellow employee. I hate to post such a negative review but this just really came across the...

I really enjoyed the lady that works in the afternoon, she is always so nice and the reason I put 5 stars for her customer service! The guy I think is a manager took my order and was very rude! While he made my order he was throwing the utensils and asked rudely what I wanted on my order. He might need a long vacation away from people! With his bad attitude! I feel sorry for the workers that have to deal with...
