GameStop — Local services in Russellville

It's a great store, better than most GameStops I go too, however my issue is people not properly checking discs, I know about the shady stuff employee's have to do and don't take it out on them however the last visit I had was average at best, now sometimes I get a bad disc it happens, but I bought a game, and it was covered with dust. I had not even put it under the light yet and could see dust all over the disc and it worked after I got it cleaned, but the sales clerk didn't even clean the disk. The retailer I had also almost gave me the GameStop generic case after handing over the real case without even telling me why I asked her "what happened to the real case" she asked if I wanted the real case. Then I opened it and saw the thing broken inside the case. I'm a reasonable person, if she just told me what was wrong with the case I would have understood but she didn't even tell me what was wrong with the case, you have to be honest with you're shoppers if you tell them what's going on then most people will...
