When I first moved to Arkansas in 2022. I purchased some items from River Valley Furniture in Russellville Arkansas. I was having some issues with one of the items. I called the store and spoke with one of the owners Doug. He immediately sent out Kyle to my home. Kyle is extremely professional. He is a great asset to this company. He evaluated the issue and was told to me he would get back to me. Within about a week the item that I was having an issue with was exchanged as an even exchange due to a manufacturer warranty. I went into the store on Friday to pick out a replacement. Kyle and Doug were both there. Kyle and Wade both came out to my house on Saturday and replaced the item. Both Kyle and his helper Wade are both pleasant and professional young men. With that said I am now in the process of buying a lift chair from River Valley Furniture. As soon as it comes in both Doug one of the owners and Kyke there service men will give me a call when it comes in. I will go into the store to try it and purchase it. It is replacing a lift chair years ago from where I moved from before moving to Arkansas. Can't wait until my new lift chair is delivered. They will also take the old lift chair to a place and donate it to someone who can use a lift chair. I will leave that up to Doug and River Valley Furniture where to bring it. So I am all about customer service and I truly appreciate someone who sees me as a person and not as a bank. I have always hated furniture shopping. When I would go. the people were always rude, or wouldn’t speak to you if you if they thought you were not actually in the market. They would not go out of the way to accommodate you. River Valley Furniture/The Mattress Store has set my expectation insanely high after these were purchased. They went out of their way to accommodate us, as far as going to the warehouse and bringing the cuddler up just for us to try out. They allowed my kiddos to do this exact thing in the store without judging. Every single person in that store spoke to us and went out of their way to make us happy. Not only did we purchase the couch, but we bought the recliner and this fantastically soft rug as well. I will never choose another furniture store and I am so happy to have found a place that is so family friendly. I highly suggest...

Bought a forever bed from River Valley Furniture and I have to say it is the absolute best bed I have ever bought! I used to wake up multiple times at night with a hurting back. Before the forever bed it would kill me to try and get up in the mornings. The forever bed is a game change all together. I sleep much deeper and I'm more rested each morning. I just wish I would have bought one of these beds years ago. Any one and I mean anyone that has back problems needs a forever bed. The good folks down at River Valley Furniture are the best and know what they are talking about when it comes to a great nights sleep and are not a bunch of pushy jack-wings that are just trying to make a sale. They take there time and get to know a customer and there needs. They make you feel right at home.
