Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Russellville

Got a three-piece chicken basket all three pieces of chicken added up to about one chicken strip maybe. And when i talked to the manager she claims it's not her fault. She's the manager right? She's in charge quality control right? To stick that kind of amount of food into somebody's basket when the picture shows these big juicy chicken strips is Criminal! Liar's. Check out the picture I posted of the three supposed chicken strips that they sold me. This used to me my go-to meal all the time. Now I'm never going to Dairy Queen again because this is repeated behavior from the same place. A direct reflection of your management always shows in the employees that you supposedly manage. I have from now on will just stick to McDonald's where I know things are going to be the same and the price is always right! Went there today to get a mini blizzard for our Mom who had just been released from Heart Hospital and a small blizzard fur myself. Placed the order with a young girl at the counter. I went outside for maybe 3 minutes to help my sister get Mom back in the vehicle then ran back in thinking they'd already have the blizzards ready. When i got back in the store not only did they not have them ready but it took them probably another 15 minutes to finish and deliver them to me one at a time. One was fine while the other I saw immediately was soupy. Not like the normal DQ way. I asked about it and the girl looked at me like I was from another world and says that it might be the machine. so I just walked out to get in the car. Then i decided, no, I paid money for this and I want it right. When i went back inside she asked how she could help. I told her that if like it redone. While i waited on them, the one and only other person in the store informed me that she had placed an order through the drive them had to come inside to get it. My blizzard was still not up to par but I left and decided I wouldn't return to the DQ in Russellville! Service is especially important in food establishments. I know because I own one. This Dairy Queen is the only Dairy Queen in the world and possibly the only fast food place that you have to have a actually receipt of your last visit to prove how much this current visit should cost!! If I don’t have a receipt of how much my food should cost they will fight tooth and nail like somehow I’m in the wrong! I ordered a burger and a side of sauce that’s it! Yesterday I went through there it was $12 something so I just drove off so today I go and decide to roll the dice again and it was $11.27 but it’s always different I have a receipt for the same exact food and it cost me $10.40 now if I don’t have that receipt with me for proof , which I didn’t because my car is in shop and I’m driving a rental so I have to pay whatever they so decided I need to pay. I mean dang at no other place I go do I have a different cost for my food every time I go! What’s up with that?? Can I please get my food for the correct price every single time it’s not super hard.
