I had them order a product using their item number and was told it would be in on a Monday, I called to make sure the item had came in, the first associate told me the item was not there. I then ask to speak to a manager and the manager td me the item was indeed there. When I arrived at the store the item they ordered was not the item that they ordered for me. I told them that I really could not use the item that they ordered but I would be willing to take the item that they mistakenly ordered for the same price as the item that I really needed. That's when they called a manager that stated that she was the one that had mistakenly ordered the wrong item and she stated that she could not sell the wrong item for the same price but ask me if I wanted to order the item again, I said no I would try to find it elsewhere. As I left the store I was followed out by a male employee where I had stopped to talk with a friend outside of the store, the male employee ask if there was something else he could help me with outside the store. I told him no that I was talking with my friend. After talking with my friend I proceeded to my vehicle and left. I did find the item I was looking for at another business the same day. I spend alot of money there and would expect a much better experience as it was not my fault that the employee ordered...

This place is awesome. On this particular trip, I needed an extension ladder. We wanted a 24' fiberglass, rated for 300 lbs. Lowe's showed one in stock so we went there first. We found only one and it was damaged and unsafe. We debated on buying a larger one but, really didn't want to. We called Leonard's, assuming they wouldn't have exactly what we wanted in stock. We found out, they had more than one! And competitively priced. On our way out of Lowe's, I finally found an employee and informed him that ladder was not safe to sell. When we arrived at Leonard's, we were not inside two minutes before an employee stopped and asked us if we needed help. They already had the ladder ready, out front and we're ready for us. My friend and I we're talking about it. The place is packed with stuff. Almost anything we could want. It feels like there are more employees in that little place than Lowe's has. They're always eager to help. They know their store and where everything is. And popcorn, that's a staple of any good hardware store. The place takes me back to the hardware store I rode my bike to as a kid, but better. This place truly deserves our business and I encourage...
