Shoppe On the Square — Local services in Russellville

Went here today…unfortunately. Whoever was sitting behind a desk- older lady- was BEYOND HATEFUL. She yelled at my 6 year old who was walking toward (yes, that’s all she was doing was walking toward) a room in the business. Apparently, although the door to this room was wide open and there is absolutely no sign on the door saying not to go in, no one is supposed to enter it. I am from out of town and am staying at the local hotel while my fiance works here. As a tourist, I decided to go for a walk thru the historic district and to see the local shoppes. My Daughter and I entered Shoppe On the Square, we wasn't in there two minutes before the owner spoke up and said I am closing the store because I have to take my dog out. She ran off a new customer and to me it made me feel like she thought I was going to steal, regaurdless at the end of the day, this woman was rude. I have been in the store several times. Every single time I go in.. the owner is EXTREMELY rude. She sounds like she doesn’t even want my business. One time I asked her if she had a restroom and she replied with “there are other bathrooms in other stores” I do not know how she gets any business..
