T.J. Maxx — Local services in Ruston

There is a lady in there by the name of HANNAH MORRIS who refused to sell us some brushes. The price tag was on them but she claimed she can’t sell them “because she can’t find the case..” Ironically, she was excited to see that they were Jaclyn Hill brushes so I believe she wanted them for herself. Her statement wasn’t making sense because TjMaxx sells lamps without shades on clearance. Hannah was visibly upset she didn’t get to them first. She finally decided to sell them to us when I mentioned contacting corporate. I later found out that the brushes don’t even come with a case! I showed her proof that it doesn’t come with a case and she embarrassed us in front of a line full of people and called us liars. That’s after she made us wait...

I love this TJ Maxx! A clean sanitized basket was given upon entry! I spent most of my time looking for hair care products for my niece. I had purchased products from a store a few doors down, but something told me to check TJ's. I found the same brand of products for half the cost. I returned the products to the other store and purchased at TJ's. I also found a really nice hair dryer with attachments. All of the shelves were in order and everything was pretty easy to find.
