So I am torn between a three and a four. This is why. So pulling up to the location your first instinct is to pull in the front of the location. OK this is not how it’s supposed to work there’s a side street that you take to get in the parking lot. Surprise if someone’s coming out of the parking lot through the front and you’re trying to pull in you are going the wrong way and you have no idea until you get in the parking lot. There should be some type of clear indication which direction to get in and out the parking lot because I sure did upset another customer trying to pull in a one way out. So I proceed in the store the parking lot is clean the inside of the store is extremely clean as well. These guys have done a great job keeping up this location. On to the food. The food is not quite what I expected it to be. I’ve never ate at DQ before and just assumed that it was going to be very tasteful. I was wrong I did not care for the fries nor did I care for the burger. It was not nasty I repeat not nasty I just didn’t care for it. I got a number for I believe and after I was finished I still feel hungry. I also think the lobby feels closed off instead of open. There’s walls ETC in the middle of the restaurant that you are unable to see over. It makes any area you go into eat feel like you’re in a little cubby. Overall it was not a bad experience. I would return to a DQ in the future. DQ would not be my first option though while looking for...
   Read moreI’ve just been kind of disappointed with this place. If you’re just coming for ice cream then it’s top notch, but besides that… It’s very meh. Had a very mediocre experience here in the past, but came to give it a second chance because it said they took Tech Express. The worker said it either was broken and they wouldn’t fix it or then just didn’t accept it anymore. That was quite the bummer. Also they have a very limited drink selection, no Diet Coke is really a bummer personally because I hate regular Coke and Coke Zero. The final disappointment was that I had come to try something I saw advertised online, some steak fingers with gravy, sounded like an awesome idea and something that the other fast food places don’t have. Well she promptly told me they don’t carry that item. So that’s unfortunate, not sure why it’s being advertised online, it has my ego location… very disappointing. Also it took like 12 minutes to get my food, many people who ordered after me already had there’s and they had gotten similar basket items. I will say once I did get the food, it was good. The place is very clean, and the owner is super hospitable, so I will continue to come here for ice cream and maybe I’ll give it another chance...
   Read moreI have been coming to this DQ location for 4-5 years. It’s always been GREAT! BUT, lately the Ladies Restroom has been AWFUL, NASTY and FILTHY!!! I drive to see my family at least once a month in Texas. This has ALWAYS been my 1/2 way stop. I’m older traveling with my little dog. I can’t take her in, so I stop outside and leave her in my car a few minutes. I go inside quickly to use the ladies restroom. Then, I always drive around to order at drive thru, get lunch and eat outside. Anyway, the last few times I’ve stopped the ladies restroom has be sickening!!! This past weekend, one stall was stopped up and not working at all! There twas NO PAPER TOWELS to dry my hands at all! The ONLY reason I’m giving the star rating I am, is because of the great food and service I got at the drive thru window! The little blonde girl at window was a sweetheart! Please consider fixing up and cleaning your yucky ladies room. I’ve enjoyed stopping in these last years. But, if this nasty restroom situation isn’t taken care of, I’ll have to find another stop on my way to Texas. I hate to do this since you all have been a great stop for me...
